As a consequence, know about activities or strategies are indispensable.      In my experience, the mental health is one of the most important aspects of the ljfe. Because it means a lot of benefits for example less stress or more happines. So, there are a lot of tips to improve the mental health, like the practice of sports or exercises, laugh with friends, the food that you eat.           C´mon, lets do some exercises, it will be fun!     To start, the exercises and sports will help you with your mental health, because your mind will be distracted with the objective of the team.
