     In the last years, the talks about the mental health are taking more importance. As a consequence, know about activities or strategies are indispensable. 

    In my experience, the mental health is one of the most important aspects of the ljfe. Because it means a lot of benefits for example less stress or more happines. So, there are a lot of tips to improve the mental health, like the practice of sports or exercises, laugh with friends, the food that you eat. 

        C´mon, lets do some exercises, it will be fun!

    To start, the exercises and sports will help you with your mental health, because your mind will be distracted with the objective of the team. Also, the mental health improve the circulation of blood to your brain, as a consequence, your ideas or thoughts will have more sense.

    In my life, some of the most importants parts are my friends. When im sad or concerned a little time with my friends fix a little part of the problem, why? Well, the simple act of laugh give some hormones to our body and nervous system, for example, serotonin the hormone of happines. 

    I love to eat!

    Tell me, what do you eat in your day a day? Obviously, i also love the hamburguers or pizza. But, there are some food that is rich in tryptophan. The tryptophan is an amino acid that improve the production of the serotonin, as i said, the hormone of happines. 

        In my opinion and as i said in all the blog, the mental health is one of the most important aspects of the life, and you must to learn about your necesities and how to improve the mental health.
